1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of Pockenta Tools at pockenta.com, operated by SCRIPT WIND (PVT) LTD, registered in Sri Lanka under registration number PV 00351070. The service is powered by Script Wind. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. “You” means the person using the services or the organization on whose behalf they are authorized to act.
By using Pockenta Tools, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed in your circumstances. Please read them before using the services. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Nothing here removes protections that applicable law does not allow you to give up.
2. About Pockenta Tools
Pockenta Tools is an online platform offering digital utilities that help individuals and businesses complete everyday tasks, process information, work with files, and generate useful results.
The relevant interface explains the service you request, available options and any particular conditions. These terms apply across the platform alongside applicable notices presented for an interaction. They do not authorize undisclosed use of your information.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
Use the services in accordance with the laws that apply to you and your activities. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization needed to use them. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
Age and consent requirements depend on applicable law. Where a parent’s or guardian’s permission or supervision is required, obtain it before use. Do not provide personal information in a manner prohibited by child-protection law.
4. Permitted use
You may use Pockenta Tools for lawful personal, educational, professional and commercial purposes, including work for a business or client when you have the necessary permissions. You remain responsible for how you use the services and their results.
Permission to use the platform does not grant ownership of its branding, interface or other protected materials. Rights granted by applicable law and third-party software licenses remain unaffected.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the services for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, unlawful exploitation, harassment or unsolicited abusive messaging. Do not submit materials that you lack authority to handle or use the platform to violate another person’s privacy or other rights.
Do not introduce malware, seek unauthorized access, bypass security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, defeat reasonable service restrictions or generate abusive traffic that disrupts availability. These restrictions concern harmful or unauthorized conduct and do not remove rights protected by law.
6. Ownership and limited authorization
You retain ownership of the content and files you provide and the rights you hold in resulting materials. Use of Pockenta Tools does not transfer those rights to us. Third-party rights in source material may continue to apply to results.
You authorize only the handling reasonably necessary to perform the operation you request, deliver its result and meet applicable security or legal obligations, consistently with the Privacy Policy. This is not a license to publish, sell, train artificial-intelligence models on or otherwise commercially exploit your content.
This authorization does not imply that every input is received or stored by us. It does not grant us rights beyond the relevant interaction or override confidentiality and privacy obligations.
7. Your responsibility for submitted information
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and suitability of the information and materials you provide. Obtain necessary permissions, intellectual-property rights and any lawful authority or consent required to handle third-party personal information.
Consider confidentiality, sensitivity and contractual restrictions before using materials belonging to a client, employer or another person. Provide only information appropriate for the task and review relevant notices before proceeding. Do not assume a generated result proves ownership or removes restrictions attached to source material.
8. Service operation and information handling
The platform handles inputs and produces results according to the operation you request and the options you select. Relevant service notices explain additional requirements or information handling where needed. Any handling by us or our providers must have a defined purpose and appropriate legal basis.
The Privacy Policy explains information categories, purposes, recipients, retention criteria, safeguards and applicable rights. Read it alongside notices relevant to your interaction, especially before working with sensitive or confidential information. These terms do not give blanket permission for unrelated processing.
9. Service limits and technical requirements
Services may have limits on supported inputs, file sizes, output sizes, request frequency or resource use. The relevant interface provides applicable requirements. Device capabilities, software compatibility, network conditions and available resources can affect whether an operation completes.
Limits help protect reliability and security; satisfying a displayed limit does not guarantee success for every input. Do not defeat safeguards. Preserve original materials and use an appropriate alternative when a task requires capabilities or assurances beyond those provided by the service.
10. Results and accuracy
Results depend on the information you provide, selected settings and the operation performed. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, formatting differences or other changes. Review generated information, calculations, documents, files and other results for accuracy, completeness and suitability before relying on them.
You are responsible for decisions and activities based on results. Seek qualified review for legal, medical, financial or other specialist matters. The platform does not guarantee that an output establishes legal rights, meets every regulatory requirement, removes sensitive information or is suitable for a particular professional purpose.
These responsibilities do not excuse us from duties or remedies that applicable law places on the service provider.
11. Downloads and backups
Save the results you need and keep independent backups of important source materials. Check that downloads have completed and can be opened before deleting originals or closing an interaction.
Results may become unavailable when an interaction ends, a page is refreshed, an operation fails or resources are cleared. Availability through the platform is not a promise of permanent storage, recovery or backup. Your device and software control how downloaded materials are saved and accessed.
12. Free access
Pockenta Tools provides its services free of charge. You remain responsible for your own internet connection, device and any separate services you choose to use.
Free access does not remove applicable consumer protections or create permission for misuse. The services remain subject to the reasonable limits and conditions described in these terms and the relevant interface.
13. Platform intellectual property
The platform’s original branding, interface, written materials and software belong to their respective owners, including the operator or relevant licensors. Those platform assets are separate from your content and the rights you hold in your results.
Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by those licenses or applicable law. Do not remove required notices, copy protected platform materials without authority or misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement.
14. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled and how to contact us about applicable privacy rights. It is a notice about information handling, not blanket consent to every kind of processing.
Use suitable, updated software and a device you trust. No service can promise perfect security. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately with enough information to explain the issue, avoiding unnecessary personal information, destructive testing or access to another person’s materials.
15. Service providers and external websites
We use service providers, including Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and related security functions. Their involvement and relevant information handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Using a provider does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us.
External links lead to independently operated websites with their own terms and policies. Review those before providing information or using their services. We do not control all external content or endorse everything on a linked website.
16. Availability and compatibility
We aim to provide useful and dependable services. Access or operation can nevertheless be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, network or hosting conditions, security measures or resource constraints. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a fixed completion time or compatibility with every input or device.
Functionality may be maintained, changed or withdrawn as reasonably necessary. We provide notice and other protections where required by law. Preserve important materials and plan appropriately for time-sensitive activities.
17. Service expectations and warranties
The services are general-purpose utilities. Except for express commitments and protections preserved by law, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or suitable for every specialized purpose.
Any provision on an “as available” basis applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes statutory guarantees, required standards of care, remedies or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Responsibility and liability
Responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law and the circumstances. Take reasonable steps to preserve originals, review results and avoid preventable loss. This does not shift responsibility for our own obligations onto you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by unlawful misuse, unauthorized alterations or conditions outside our reasonable control. This is not a blanket exclusion for negligence, security incidents or provider failures.
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury where an exclusion is prohibited, or non-excludable consumer rights. These terms impose no arbitrary monetary liability cap, blanket indemnity or mandatory waiver of privacy rights.
19. Restrictions on access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, malicious traffic, serious security risks, attempts to defeat safeguards or binding legal requirements. Measures should be proportionate to the circumstances and applicable obligations.
Contact us if you believe access was restricted incorrectly. We will consider the information you provide and any applicable duties. Restrictions do not remove rights, remedies or ownership of materials that the law preserves.
20. Applicable law and resolving concerns
Please contact us with relevant facts and the outcome you seek if a concern arises. Seeking an informal resolution does not prevent a regulatory complaint, statutory remedy or access to a competent court.
These terms do not select an exclusive country’s law, court location or arbitration scheme. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the rules that legally apply to the relationship and dispute. Mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence remain unaffected.
No mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the lawful extent, and the remaining provisions continue where permitted.
21. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the services or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest content revision. Material revisions receive additional notice or agreement where required by law.
Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights or authorize undisclosed information handling. Review these terms when using the services. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the affected services; rights arising before the change remain subject to applicable law.
